Can I post the employee survey results to the internet

My former employer sent anonymous employee surveys results to all the employees. There are a lot of valuable information can be helpful for people who may join the company. Can I post it to the internet? There is nothing in the distribution email saying the information is confidential. This is a big regional bank located in NC.

Quick response: Why do you want to do this? If you care about your job, i.e. keeping it, you are most likely going to be considered disloyal to post the results. As to whether you have a legal right to do it, I wouldn't answer that question without knowing more information.
