Disparage in work assignments for the same job title

I work for a company based out of another state. I was forced to give up my part time administrative assistant last year based on sales being down. My sales this year are above my goals for the entire year. I have made a profit every month this year but have not been allowed to hire on another part time admin. We have an office in another state and the person with the same job title there actually has a full time and part time person in their office and they have consistantly lost money every month this year. It does not seem fair that I am held to completing the same reports and have to work harder and longer hours than my counterpart. Is this discrimination? We are all held to the same goals and reports each year but that office has help I do not
