Exceeded salaried sick and vacation- company withholding pay
I have exceeded my 2003 company granted sick and vacation days by 15. The company has witheld my last two biweekly paychecks as what they consider overpayment. I am salary. Is that legal? Do they have to give me notice or take a percentage? Thanks!

There is a set statutory percentage for repayment of overpayments. You can call Indiana Department of Labor if you don't want to hire an attorney.
