Paycheck error still not fixed from sept 2016 due to lpr input error.
I move position in the same company but am under a different division so the entity changed. My LPR amount did not get input correctly and my pay checks were wrong basically I didnt get paid for the 1 month I work the new position. I called payroll they told me it was HR. HR was a joke and a pain no contact and never got any info from them via mail or email only robo calls telling me they needed more time. They finally fix the LPR inputed amount and they are done with it. I called to get an update and was told the issue was closed I had to go to payroll now. (I was not advised of this, no mail or email or voice mail). Payroll is still working on this to correct my w2's and get me my money and fix my taxable amount since basically all of my checks from the 1st one starting in September were wrong and went to taxes. Do I have any legal rights or is there action I can take legally.
