WHITE COLLAR TO BLUE COLLAR

JOB DESCRIPION CHANGE-WILL I BE ABLE TO COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS IF I QUIT MY JOB AT FEDEX?

I'M IN THE IT DEPT, WHEN PROMOTED IN 92 MY JOB INVOLVED TRAINING CUSTOMERS ON THE COMPANY'S SHIPPING SYSTEMS THAT WERE INSTALLED BY THE COMPANY'S TECH DEPT. NOW I'M BEING ASKED TO INSTALL/UPGRADE/REMOVE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT MYSELF BEFORE CONDUCTING TRAINING.

The TWC makes its decisions based upon your ability to work. For example, if you could have stayed at the job, then they will, usually, not pay unemployment.

Without more detail, my answer would be that you will not be able to collect unemployment if you voluntarily quit the job.
