not get the check
if i was fired from my job through the phone and my manager told me that i was gonna get my pay check through the mail and it has been about a week and i have heard nothing, how long does the manager have and who can i contact to get the manager fined my the law!

final check on day of term
If you were terminated you are supposed to be paid your last check on that day. There is a penalty. The Cal. Dept. of Ind. Relations can help you with this. The web site is www.dir.ca.gov. Good luck.
