bonus
I was apid a bonus check due to not being able to get a raise when the company gave everyone else one because I was supposely at the max that could be made for my position, but the question is if I was paid a regular check and a bonus check should all deductions have come out of my bonus check also since this was not salary worked for did this put me in another tax bracket

Yes - the taxman always collects from earnings, and this includes bonus payments.

Yes, a bonus is taxable as ordinary income and includes the same deductions.
