wrongful termination
I work for 2 different companies in a local dept. store. First for the salon and for the maintenance company the store hired to clean. I was told if I left the salon that I would have to give up maintenance because of conflict of interest, because we clean the salon and I would have access to salon records on the computer. Is this a legal reason to terminate my maintenance job?

Indiana is "at will" state which means you serve at your employer's pleasure. There is nothing illegal about the grounds he gave for termination.
