wrongful termination
I was fired the day I was to return back to work from a valid workers compensattion claim. The reason they gave me was that they had me on video working while i was off. I never did and i know it was a scare tactic as they threatened to prosecute me if I sought legal action or filed for unemployment. I know its retaliation. Do I have a case?

Sounds like you could have a claim. I would need more information. YOu can give me a call and we can talk further about it.
