Do I have a chance of proving I left for good reason?
Hello. I'm an engineering who recently left my position because I was forced to ship and sign off on manufactured parts which go into humans that were not to FDA or OSHA endoscopic standards. This makes them illegal and dangerous, but I was forced to ship them regardless. I registered for unemployment and was denied. Had a hearing and again was denied. I'm going to appeal to the unemployment agency one more time. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can say to have this overturned.
