something stinks in Indiana

My employer is breaking a lot of rules, don't know where to start...

1. Our corporate safety director told me they would fix one of the safety issues "when somebody gets hit". We have a blind spot that forklift and pedestrian traffic meet. 7/02/02

2. I was told by my supervisor that I would get fired if I volunteered information to the State Board of Health. 4/15/2002

3. I was told by my supervisor to do things that directly violate the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO). I work in the dairy industry (10 years now). (many documented dates) I can't say anything because I would get fired (see number 2)

4. on 5-13-02 Inconsistencies in disciplinary actions. possible other dates.

5. 8-20-02 one of several instances of me letting my employer know of a unsafe work area (electrical hanging out of a panel (live)), and nothing was done and still not done.....This document was made about two months after I told them twice, but this is the first documented report.

There is more, But this is the "jist" of it,
Please give me a little guidance,
Thank you,

Fred

Unless you actually report a deficiency and you are fired for it (or demoted, suspended etc) there is nothing an employment lawsuit would do for you.
However, you can make anonymous complaints to the Department of Health. I encourage you to do so.
